How Concord celebrated Maslenitsa.

Maslenitsa is a bright colorful holiday, which is celebrated with pleasure by both children and adults. Games, songs, dances, cheerful laughter and noise are the main signs of Maslenitsa! So, it was in the dream school!

For our students and their parents, we have prepared an exciting program:

— participants of the sportlandia “Youth fun” found out who would bring water in the yoke faster; better sweep the floor, bake more pancakes, in general – who is the most dexterous, strong and fast;

– team historical quiz “What a Maslenitsa!” showed who knows the history of Maslenitsa and the traditions of its celebration. Another quiz helped revive the old games, fun and customs;

– Fair “Where there are pancakes, there we are!” pleased with the abundance of pancakes and other homemade pastries;

— and, of course, Maslenitsa at Concord was full of merry round dances, incendiary folk dances and heartfelt songs.

P.S. Today (06.03.2022) is the last day of Maslenitsa – Forgiveness Sunday. On this day it is customary to ask for forgiveness from all relatives and friends. Perhaps today it is worth forgetting all the insults and telling your family the most important thing: that you love them and believe that everything will be fine. Spring is coming.
