Professional achievements: in 2011-2012 ran the "School of advanced pedagogical experience" for primary school teachers of the Leninsky district, in 2013-2015 she was  a permanent seminar-tutor for heads of school MA of primary school teachers in the Leninsky district of Mogilev.

For many years of conscientious work and high professionalism in teaching the younger generation she was awarded with certificates of honor from the Department of Education, Sports and Tourism of the Mogilev City Executive Committee (2014), the Department of Education of the Mogilev City Executive Committee (2018). She has  publications in the collections of the Republican and International scientific and practical conferences (MCRIDA 2018, 2021). During her work she has prepared the winners of regional, city, International online and Internet Olympiads in academic subjects. Antonina Antonovna's students has won the city competition of search, creative and research works "In full view of everyone."The teacher uses the author's pedagogical technology by N.V. Petkevich - the use of visual teaching aids in the educational process of primary school, computer and game technologies, the technology of multimedia presentation. She uses in her work the elements of the humane and personal technology of Sh. Amonashvili, the perspective-advanced learning using the support schemes of S. N. Lysenkova, the elements of the technology for improving general educational skills in the reading lessons of V. N. Zaitsev, the elements of the educational model "Step by Step" and methods of TRIZ-pedagogy. About herself and the school: "I teach children to see the beautiful around and think boldly! I consider it important to form such qualities of creative thinking as curiosity, emotionality, dialecticism, consistency, variability, originality, divergence, consistency, cognitive activity.
