Work experience: she acquired her first pedagogical experience at the State Educational Institution "Secondary School No. 40". From 2005 to 2021 she worked at the State Educational Institution “Gymnasium No. 2”. Since 2021 she has been a mathematics teacher at the Concord Secondary School.

Professional achievements: Vera Nikolaevna's students regularly become winners of various stages of the Republican Olympiad in Mathematics and annually earn a high average score in CT: there are graduates who have scored 80-100 points. In 2014, Vera Nikolaevna received an international certificate following the results of distance learning according to the "Active Assessment Strategy". The teacher has  experience of creating video lessons for preparing students for CT, the development of training modules in geometry for a unified educational platform of the Republic of Belarus. The method of "positive cooperation" that Vera Nikolaevna actively uses includes positive thinking, posing open questions, the ability to see the best in the child, the ability to listen and hear the student, and build equal and trusting relationships with the student.
