Rychagova Alla Anatolyevna

Sphere of professional interests: 1994-2007 she worked on the system of developmental education by D.B. Elkonin - V.V. Davydov. 2003-2007 -a participant of the Republican innovation project “Approbation of the training system by D.B. Elkonin - V.V. Davydov ". 2008-2011 - a participant of the Republican innovation project "Implementation of the technology of personal development of a child in the conditions of continuity of school."

In 2012 she took part in the development of methodological recommendations of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus on the implementation of a child's personal development model in the context of the continuity of a preschool institution and a school. She is one of the authors of the methodological complex for preparing 5-year-old children for school (methodological manual by Nikashin G.A. "The space of child development in the context of the continuity of a preschool institution and primary school (from the experience of innovative activities): a manual for teachers of preschool education institutions and teachers of general secondary education and notebooks for preschoolers " We write, we think, fun we play!

The Notebooks are republished every year. 2011-2014 she was a participant of the regional support site within the framework of the resource center of State Educational Institution "Gymnasium No. 1, Gorki" on the formation of individual educational activities, a participant in the experimental research on the topic "Problem-solving approach in the process of forming the cognitive activity of junior schoolchildren" at the Department of Pedagogy and Philosophy of Education of the APE Minsk. She is the author of methodological works on the use of design tasks in primary school. In 2017 she passed the exam at State Educational Institution “Academy of Postgraduate Education” - (Minsk) for the qualification category “teacher-methodologist”. The topic of the pedagogical experience is "The use of active teaching methods to form the skills of educational interaction of primary school students." The experience was summarized by the head of the center for preschool and primary education, senior lecturer of the department of didactics and private methods of the educational institution "Mogilev State Regional Institute for the Development of Education" L.E. Mikheenko in 2014 into a practical guide by A. A. Rychagovoy "The use of active teaching methods in primary school". In 2015 – 2021 she has been the head of problematic seminars for teachers of the city on topical issues of education development "Use of active teaching methods in the classroom in primary school", "Generalization and presentation of pedagogical experience." Since 2011 she cooperates with MSIDO on improving the qualifications of primary school teachers (the lecturer of practical seminars and webinars, the member of the qualification exam jury). Since 2015 she has been conducting master classes for teachers of the city, region and the Republic. She was a Member of the jury of the competition "The best future teacher of the year" (2018, 2021). Since 2020 she has been a teacher of the "Video Lessons on the Internet" project, developing and conducting online webinars for teachers. She Has a number of publications on all the above topics in republican and international pedagogical editions. In 2008 - 2014 she participated in the project of the Mogilev city executive committee and the charitable organization “Help for the Children of Europe” (Netherlands). As a teacher, she accompanied a group of children to recuperation in the city of Rosendaal, where she got acquainted with the experience of her colleagues in Dutch and Russian-language schools. Alla Anatolyevna participates in various competitions of pedagogical skills. In 2013 she was the winner of the regional stage of the festival "Education -2013" and the laureate of the city festival of pedagogical ideas "Teacher of the Year - 2013, in 2015 she participated in the regional festival of pedagogical experience" Open lesson in primary school "(nomination " Master class "), in 2016 she was the Winner of the correspondence stage and a participant of the International Festival of Pedagogical Skills "Kryshtalnaya Zubranya"/

In 2016 she was a  participant of the Regional festival of methodological lesson plans "Modern lesson - meta-subject lesson", in 2017 -  a participant of the Republican competition of methodological projects and developments "Let's help ideas work". In 2018 she was a  participant of the II International competition of professional skills of teachers "Cognition in co-creation" (APE, Minsk), in 2020 – a  participant of the IV international competition of professional skills of teachers "Cognition in co-creation",  2021 – a participant of the 8th international festival of innovative pedagogical ideas "Strategy of the future". The main directions of pedagogical activity: the formation of individual educational activities of younger schoolchildren, the formation of educational interaction skills of primary school students, the use of active methods, forms and techniques in teaching at the first stage of a general education school, a project-task approach in teaching younger schoolchildren, tutoring support for highly motivated children in 1 - 4 classes.

Achievements of students: during her work Alla Anatolyevna has prepared the winners of regional, city, international online and Internet Olympiads: intolimp.org, "Metashkola" in academic subjects. Alla Anatolyevna's students showed excellent results at city, regional and republican creative contests (Energomarathon, LEGO, Modern China through the eyes of young Belarusians, Message to a veteran, etc.), in educational marathons and quests on the Uchi.ru platform.

Awards: Alla Anatolyevna Rychagova was awarded with certificates of honor from the administration of the Leninsky district of Mogilev, the department of education, sports and tourism of the Mogilev city executive committee, the department of education of the Mogilev regional executive committee.
