Education: Natalya Sergeevna graduated from Mogilev State University named after A. A. Kuleshova. Since 2001 she worked at Mogilev State Regional Lyceum No. 3. She has been teaching in the chemistry and biology classes since the 2007-2008 academic year. Since 2021 she has been a teacher of biology and chemistry at the Concord School.
During her work the teacher has prepared two winners of the International Olympiad in Biology (2013, 2019), 32 winners of the Republican Olympiad, 70 winners of regional Olympiads, 4 winners of the "Biological Internet Olympiad", 2 winners of the regional scientific and practical conference and 1 winner of the republican competition of scientific biological and ecological works, 2 winners of the republican rally of young ecologists, 2 winners of the international rally of young ecologists “Ecology without Borders”, 3 winners of the Open Internet Olympiad of the Phystech Lyceum in Biology, 4 winners of the Moscow State University Olympiad “Lomonosov”, 3 winners of the Olympiad of SPSU for schoolchildren in medicine.
Natalia Sergeevna's graduates enter prestigious universities in Belarus and abroad: BSMU, VSMU, medical universities in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Prague. Natalya Sergeevna herself has received numerous high-level awards for achievements in the field of the Olympic movement. For many years and conscientious work in teaching and educating students she was awarded the badge "Excellence in Education" (2019). The teacher was awarded the title “Person of the Year - 2013” in the non-production sphere. In training, the teacher implements the ISEA technology (individual style of educational activity). Among the author's directions we can name an "inverted lesson", a lesson-presentation and control tasks, as close as possible in format to the CT. Natalia Sergeevna is inspired by Belarusian landscapes, books by V. Korotkevich, S. King, M. Tsvetaeva, V. Shymborsk, Sei-Senagon, as well as floriculture, walking, table tennis and meetings with former students-participants of Olympiads.
